Admissions

We are currently enrolling children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The child needs a current form 121. For care to be received, all forms, deposits, and tuition must be signed and returned 24 hours before care. All forms must be updated annually or as needed. We also accept child care assistance from the state.
